About Me

Some personal tidbits

Currently I'm a student at Santa Fe College, and I'm transferring to the University of Florida as an electrical engineering major. I've lived in Gainesville all my life and plan on finishing my entire education here.

Photography took me by storm when I was about 15 years old. I had never been one to take well to arts until I found my true passion in photography. I don't know what I'd be doing without a camera in my hands, but I'm happy I found this. Pretty much all my free time is devoted to photos these days, and my friends can attest I never shut up about it. I can't really tell if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

My experience in the field

I regularly tackle side projects and individual art projects, and I'm always listening when someone approaches me with a zany idea to take photos of. Of course, I also have some more traditional experience:

  • Featured in the Santa Fe College art gallery
  • Elected president of the Santa Fe College photography organization, boasting 100 members in our prime
  • Chosen to moderate reddit's 'photography' section, boasting almost 60,000 members and 700,000 visits per month
  • Employed/published by Campus Talk Magazine
  • Developed relationships with local talent agents and boosted a few girls to become professional models
